What we do?

Property management services
Do you need someone to look after your Girona home while you are not here? Once you have bought a place as an investment or a second home, we can be your property manager. There are three options:
1. We keep an eye on your new home while you are not here.
2. We can rent it out long term.
3. We can rent it out as a short term holiday rental.
In the last two options you obviously have the opportunity to earn some income from your property. The great advantage in option 3 is that you can block periods for when you are here, and rent it out when you are not, getting some return on your investment and equally enjoying it. Option 1: Property management without letting the property
- Bi-weekly visits: We will conduct regular bi-weekly property inspections: to check for issues like leaks, pest infestations, or signs of forced entry. We will ensure all doors and windows are locked and that the alarm system (if any) is functional. And we will also collect mail and packages, and either hold them for the owner or forward them as requested. Flat fee between 30 and 50 euro per month.
- Maintenance Coordination: Sleep & Stay can act as the main point of contact for any necessary repairs. This includes liaising with plumbers, electricians, or handymen and overseeing their work. As well as being available for emergency response: Sleep & Stay can be on call to respond to alarms or other emergencies, acting as the local representative for the owner. Extra payment of 25 euro per hour.
