Newly renovated spacious apartment suitable for a group of 6! A bright and spacious living room with open kitchen which make you feel at home straight away. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one bath and one shower), little sunroom and shared rooftop terrace. Next to supermarkets, close to station and a 2 min walk to the beginning of the old town.
A big apartment located on the top floor. There is air-conditioning, central heating, wifi, a laundry machine and dryer, for all the comfort you need. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom two singles that we can push together if needed and all rooms have built in robes. There is a third bedroom with a single bed, from which we can pull out a second single bed, a desk and baby cot for you little one. There is on the top floor a shared rooftop terrace of 200m2 shared between 3 neighbors, the perfect place to enjoy the Spanish sun and have a cup of coffee or enjoy a glass of wine.
This apartment is located close to the station and in the main centre with all big shops near you. The apartment is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and the best bakery in town can be found down stairs in the same building.
We are happy to help with all you need. We can organize airport pick-up, bike rental, city or wine tours. We just want you to have the best organized holiday possible, without any worries!
IMPORTANT: At this moment, the entry is being renovated – therefore the entrance looks like a building site and the elevator is not working. There are wide stairs leading up to the apartment. It’s no problem to leave a pram in the hallway downstairs (at your own risk).
Parking available for 10 euro per day – located at the same square as the apartment Poeta Marquina
Late check in after 20:00 will be charged 20€ extra.
Please be advised there will be NO check in after 12:30 in the night.
Unfortunately there are no furry friends allowed in this apartment, this is to ensure allergy free apartments for all of our customers.
If you need a baby bed and high chair, please let us know. We charge an extra 10 euro for the total stay, this includes the bedding for your little one.
