Beautiful luxury holiday villa Girona with jacuzzi, above ground swimming pool (5×3) in a quiet residential area. Located in 5-minute walk from the old town, 300 meters above the city wall. It is located in a walking distance to the main squares of the Medieval town or city centre. It will take 30-minute to drive from the nearest beach on the Costa Brava, one hour from Barcelona and one hour drive from the Pyrenees.

A perfect family home, the house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can sleep 8 comfortably. There is a master bedroom with bathroom en-suite with views over the mountains and Girona’s Cathedral, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds and a desk, and 1 kids room with a shared second bathroom on the first level. Outside you will find a large garden with above ground swimming pool with lounge area. The garden has different seating areas, there is a large outdoor patio with dining and barbecue area and seating area on the front of the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machine with a dining area with kids high chair and there is a big living area with sliding doors to the garden and pool area. There is a laundry with dryer and washing machine and wifi is installed throughout the whole property. There is free parking at the end of the street and one indoor garage for 1 car and space for many bikes.

The house is situated in a quiet area and is perfect for families or cyclists; professional teams from around the world do their training here.

The centre of Girona is less than 10 minutes walking away, and here you will find many bars, restaurants, shopping areas and cultural interest, such as a large cathedral and several museums. The medieval centre is beautifully preserved and is great for strolling around to explore all the little cobblestoned streets and alleys.

Girona is a city on a small scale with all the charm of a larger city.
