LARGE VILLA IN GIRONA

Beautiful family villa with private swimming pool in a quiet residential area. It is located less than 10 minutes from the medieval town of Girona.

The holiday villa has a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living and dining area that seamlessly connect to a large terrace. This setup offers an area for indoor and outdoor living, perfect for dining al fresco or enjoying a BBQ in the garden dining area. The intimate terraced garden and pool area with its greenery adds to the charm and privacy of this property. There are beautiful views over Gironas rolling hills.

For stays of two weeks or more, a mid-stay cleaning and linen change are included. Fast wifi and free on-site parking add to the convenience.

A perfect family home, the house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep 8 comfortably. There is a master bedroom with bathroom en-suite, 1 double bedroom en 2 kids rooms with a shared second bathroom with bath. Outside you will find a large garden with lawn, swimming pool with lounge area and a large outdoor patio with dining area and seating area. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and dryer.

The property is located at Golf Girona, Sant Julia de Ramis. However, due to Covid, the golf course was temporarily shut and hasn´t been back in business. There are several golf courses nearby, within a 20 min. drive. For example, Golf Emporda, Peratallada and Camiral (old PGA).

(The swimming pool is not fenced off, so not suitable for families with young children).

The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a big living and dining area. There is a laundry area and wifi installed.

There are supermarkets within a 3 min drive by car. There is airconditioning in the lounge and two main double bedrooms. There are fans in the kids rooms.
We have weekly garden and pool maintenance scheduled during the summer time and monthly visits in winter.

There is a big pergola at the swimming pool and blinds in the property to block out the sun when needed. Hot tub not in use, not included in the stay.
The area is perfect for cyclists; professional teams from around the world do their training here.

The centre of Girona is less than 10 minutes away, and here you will find many bars, restaurants, shopping areas and cultural interest, such as a large cathedral and several museums. The medieval centre is beautifully preserved and is great for strolling around to explore all the little cobblestoned streets and alleys.

Girona is a city on a small scale with all the charm of a larger city. Take a leisurely stroll through the old town, visit the museums and the historic buildings, wander through the streets and squares, and discover the tourist attractions, festivals, restaurants, cultural events, etc. Enjoy it at any time of year and, if you can, come back again and again! This lively city will always hold something in store to delight you.
